The problem
Home-services demand in Dubai was being coordinated manually. Customers had no single place to find a trusted pro and book them, and providers had no system for managing incoming jobs.
The approach
Built the customer-facing booking flow with location-aware service search.
Created a separate Professional Zone so providers can sign in and manage their own jobs.
Structured the catalogue across service verticals — cleaning, maid, handyman, IT support and home maintenance.
Added a daily cashback incentive to drive repeat bookings.
