The client needed booking to work identically on web, iOS and Android without maintaining three separate codebases, and needed availability to stay in sync across all of them.
The approach
Used Ionic with Vue to ship iOS, Android and web from a single codebase.
Backed availability and bookings with Firebase so state syncs in real time across devices.
Organised the catalogue into service categories — healthcare, support, contractor and professional.
Shipped a downloadable mobile app alongside the responsive web experience.
