Starvio — WhatsApp-native review platform that grows Google ratings and catches unhappy customers first.Starvio

Overview

A review-management SaaS for Indian local businesses — restaurants, clinics, salons, pharmacies and auto service centres. Customers are enrolled with a branded QR standee, then asked for feedback over WhatsApp; a Smart Review Funnel sends happy customers to Google and routes unhappy ones into a private dashboard the owner can resolve before anything goes public.

The problem

Local businesses live or die by their Google rating, but asking for reviews is manual and risky — chase everyone and you invite the bad ones too. Email review requests are mostly ignored, and negative feedback lands publicly before the owner ever hears about it.

The approach

1

Built the Smart Review Funnel: 4–5 star ratings go straight to Google, 1–3 star feedback is captured privately instead.

2

Automated review requests over the official WhatsApp Business API, where open rates beat email by a wide margin.

3

Shipped a branded QR standee flow so staff can enrol customers at the counter in one scan — no app, no typing.

4

Built the owner dashboard for ratings, private feedback and multi-location businesses, with self-serve plans and a free trial.
